We may also ask you for further data that we consider relevant to the application procedure. If you prefer not to provide certain information, please let us know. We will then discuss whether we think we can continue the process without it. Feel free to give us the data you want to share with us so that we can get a picture of you—but in the figurative sense. A photo is not necessary, we will get to know each other personally anyway. It is important for us to make our decision based on your qualifications and personal aptitude and not on outer appearance—we need to know that you are up to the job and that we can presumably work well together in our diverse team.

We will review your documents and contact you for a possible job interview. You may come as you are—we would like to get to know you as a person irrespective our other appearance.

After we have decided on a candidate, we will inform you accordingly.
